  • It is not clear what is your problem but what i can understand is that you have swelling in cheek in the wisdom tooth region. It is not that the tooth has dropped down but when the wisdom tooth does not get enough space to erupt or its angulation is not correct then thishappens, It is called impacted wisdom tooth. Tooth gets infected and hence the swelling and the pain. you should go to the dentist who afte taking the X-ray can tell you the treatment plan. Normally in such cases wisdom tooth has to be extracted. I hope this will answer your question or you can write your problem in detail so that i can give you better advise. if ou want to know more about the wisdom teeth you can visit the following link on our website......http://www.identalhub.com/articlecategory-wisdom-teeth-47.aspx
