I've had my braces on for 2 years now, and i've taken really bad care of my teeth. I'm taking way better care of them now, but I'm afraid I'll have white spots when they are taken off. Is there anything I can do to lessen the spots or to reverse or take care of the damage I have caused? I just don't want to have dentures when I'm really young! Thank you!

  • If you start maintaining good oral hygiene then you have less chances of having white spots and if you already have them then start using flouridated tooth paste and flouridated mouthwash. This can help in remineralization of white spots. There is comprehensive information available on braces at www.identalhub.com.
