  • Your tooth which is moving is because of the swollen gums. You have developed gum problem and because of that the bone holding the tooth is not healthy and is causing the movement of the tooth. If you donot take care then you can loose this tooth which is mobile. For this first of all you have to get the remaining braces removed as they cause lot of food impaction which is in turn difficult to clean leading to gum problem. Secondly do warm saline rinses 2-3 times a day and maintain very good oral hyg. Donot try to move the tooth with finger and avoid earting hard things for 2 weeks. This should help but best alternative is to see the dentist.
