Hello, I am only eighteen years old. I have been dipping off and on for the last eight months and i decided it just isn't worth it and plan to stop. However, just this last weekend i experiences and small sore on the bottom of my mouth. I have even dipped enough to collectively say i have dipped 3 cans. But, it is a small white sore that doesn't really hurt...

  • Dipping is certainly injurious to health especially oral health. Your lesion seems to be some white lesion as it is not painful it cannot be canker sore. Keep observing it and if it does not go within 2 weeks then you should visit the dentist who after through clinical examination will diagnose. But certainly you should stop dipping altogether.
